1. Who we are
This website, nexansa.com, is operated by Nexansa Technologies Private Limited ("Nexansa", "we", "us"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN U62011DC2026PTC474018), with its registered office at C/o INNOV8, Harsha Bhawan, 4th Floor, 13/29, E-Block, Connaught Place, New Delhi – 110001, India. Nexansa is an AI venture studio that helps founders and SMEs build AI-enabled products and businesses.
2. What we collect
This website is an informational site. It has no user accounts or payment processing. We receive personal information only when you choose to share it with us, namely:
- Your name, email address, company (optional) and message when you use our contact form or email us at [email protected].
- Your email address when you join the waitlist for our Orbit app at nexansa.com/orbit. We use it only to tell you about Orbit's launch and availability, and you can ask to be removed at any time.
- Your name, email address and chosen time slot when you book a call through our Google Calendar scheduling link, which is processed by Google under its own privacy policy.
- Basic, non-identifying usage data (page views, approximate location, device and browser type) collected by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, for security and performance purposes.
3. How we use it
We use the information you send us solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule and conduct discovery or strategy calls, and, where you become a client, to deliver the services you engage us for. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Cookies and tracking
This site does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security. Google Fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which may log your IP address as part of serving the font files.
5. Sharing and processors
We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate the site and our business — currently Cloudflare (hosting, CDN and storage of Orbit waitlist sign-ups), FormSubmit (formsubmit.co, which relays contact-form submissions to our email inbox) and Google (email, calendar and fonts) — and only to the extent needed to provide those services, or where required by law.
6. Retention and security
Enquiry emails, waitlist sign-ups and booking records are retained for as long as reasonably needed to handle your request and maintain a business relationship, after which they are deleted. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access-controlled business accounts.
7. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Children
This website is intended for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
